We’ll work with you to design a leadership development retreat format that supports you in delivering on your leadership training goals, whilst drawing on our 15+ years of Executive Coaching experience.
We can cater to your needs from a short 3-day event, focussed on leadership workshops to a week-long event. You can include time for wellbeing activities, add in trips to places of interest on the island of Kefalonia and organise a celebration at the venue.

Excursions
Our standard package includes VIP transfers to and from Kefalonia airport and around the local area during the week.

You can also choose from a selection of excursions to places of interest around Kefalonia and we'll organise VIP travel and entry for you.
Luxury Retreat Venue
Oikos Boutique Residences are two exceptional purpose-built villas in a secluded area of Kefalonia, Greece. You can hire one or both villas and have complete privacy for your group.
With seven rooms of varying sizes across the two villas, you'll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy the beautiful sea view from the peaceful terraces and enjoy complete privacy for the retreat workshops.
