Booking and Refund Policy
Deposit

We require a 10% deposit of the total payment amount to secure your booking. You can pay in full at the time of booking if you wish.

The balance will be due one month (30 days) before your retreat date, at the latest. We will send you a reminder before the due date.

If you have not paid in full by the balance due date, your booking will be cancelled automatically. We reserve the right to sell your place in these circumstances.
Refund policy

You can cancel up to 2 months (60 days) before your retreat date without penalty and receive a full refund.

If you cancel up to one month (4 weeks) before your retreat date, you're entitled to your total payment, less the 10% deposit.

There is no refund if you cancel within 4 weeks of your retreat start date.
Extenuating Circumstances
This is when you have to cancel at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances which mean you are unable to attend the retreat, such as:

your flight is cancelled and you cannot arrive in time for the retreat

you test positive for Covid-19 and are unable to travel

you're diagnosed with a medical condition that stops you from attending the retreat.

You must provide us with proof of your extenuating circumstances or we may not be able to refund/transfer your booking.
​
We will offer you a full refund or transfer you to another retreat of the same value and description.
